Tips for Glowing Skin

Oily Skin
1.Combine 1 beaten egg white, 10-15 drops of spirit of camphor and juice of 1 slice of lemon. Using a cotton swab spread mix evenly over the face. Wash it off after 10-15 min.

2.Rub oily skin with sauerkraut juice. Leave on for 10-15 min before washing off.

3.Steam facial mask-in a bowl, filled with boiling water, add handful of Calendula or sage. Keep your face over the bowl for 5-7 min. This mask possesses strong cleaning and healing powers.

4.Place thin layer of sauerkraut over the face and cover with a cloth. Leave it on for 25-30 min. Wash off with lukewarm water, pat skin dry and apply your favorite facial cream. This remedy makes oily skin soft and replenished.

5.Place handful of linden flowers in 1 cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 15 min. Add ¼ tsp of honey, mix and liberally spread over clean face and neck. Keep it on for 3-5 min. Use the rest of the mix in the morning. This procedure can be repeated every evening.
