1. Man-ki Point

This place is also known as Monkey Point. It is situated at a 4-km stretch from the Kasauli bus stand. It’s the highest point in this pretty and small town which has a beautiful temple on the top which is dedicated to lord Hanuman. According to the legends, this is the same place where Lord Hanuman came to collect Sanjeevani Booti. The view from the hill top is amazing and you can see the traces of Chandigarh town as well as panoramic views of river Sutlej.

Do you want to see the grandeur of a gothic-style architecture in this hill station? Do visit the Anglican Church and you will be surprised to see its beauty. The church has been built in a cross shape. There is grove of chestnut along with the fir trees around the church. Built 159 years back in 1853, the church’s foundation was laid down in 1842 by the British families who did lay the foundation of Kasauli town.

There is a Mall Road located in the center of the city and with the passage of time, the church has become a popular picnic spot.

This point gives a spectacular sight to tourists which can behold their eyes. The sunset is exceptionally beautiful and you could see glittering lights of distant cities such as Chandigarh, Panchkula, Kalka, Nalagarh, Baddi and Pinjore. Even Chandigarh’s attraction, Sukhna Lake, is clearly visible from this point.

5. Upper Mall

This consists of a beautiful walking stretch of 3.5 Km giving different scenic views as well as the views of old heritage buildings. It continues till The Flag Staff House which is HQ 95 Infantry Brigade’s Brigadier Residence. This street appears on an ascending gradient.
