METHOD:.

Use any large like bhetki, surmai, rohu or katla. Cook fish with ½ cup of water, Tomatoes and onion till done. Discard the bones and flake fish.

Mix all the ingredients together except the dry breadcrumbs. Spread the fish mixture in a baking dish. Level surface.

Bake in an oven preheated To 350°F/180°C for 30-40 minutes. Serve with a plain salad and bread rolls.

After breakfast, take a sightseeing seeing tour of the capital city of India, visiting Qutub Minar, India Gate, Humatun Tomb and drive past the Rashtrapati Bhavan. In evening enjoy a sound and light show at the Red Fort.

Day - 3 -- » Delhi - Haridwar - Rishikesh
India Yoga Tour take an early morning train to Haridwar from Delhi. On arrival at Haridwar, transfer to a hotel. After relaxing for some time and having lunch take a afternoon sightseeing tour of this holy city of Haridwar and Rishikesh, visiting Ashrams and Yoga and meditation centres. You can also opt of staying at the Ashrams in and enroll their in the meditation centre.

Taking early morning meditation and yoga classes at the Ashram. Later on have breakfast and spend the morning at leisure. After lunch, spend time listening to lecture regarding the meditation. After tea-time, Yoga and meditation class. Dinner and overnight stay at the Ashram.

Early in the morning depart towards Shivpuri and check into a nature camp at Shivpuri. Relax a while and get acclimatize with the surroundings. In the afternoon enjoy a nature walk inside the reserve forest around the nature camp. Enjoy dinner at the camp fire and overnight stay.

Day - 9 -- » Shivpuri
Recharge yourself the next morning with an early morning Yoga class. After breakfast, drive to Byasi/Kaudiyala the starting river rafting point towards Shivpuri. Get rafting tips and practice a little. After lunch at the nature camp, enjoy indulging in some of your own activities. Later in the evening relax a while with meditation, have dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day - 10 -- » Shivpuri
Shivpuri Palace Early in the morning take a one 1½ hr drive towards Hindolakhal, After arriving start your trek towards Kunjapuri. Later on join the meditation and yoga class. Trek back to the nature camp and after reaching the camp spend some time at leisure. After lunch, drive towards Chilla for a wildlife safari. Later in the evening drive back to the campsite, have dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Day - 11 -- » Shivpuri - Delhi
Indulge in a early morning yoga class. After breakfast, go river rafting from Shivpuri to Rishikesh. Have lunch at Brahampuri. In the evening catch the connecting train to Delhi. On arrival to Delhi check into a hotel for an overnight stay.

Day - 12 -- » Delhi - Agra
Take a morning drive to Agra, en route visit to Sikandra. On arrival at Agra, transfer into a hotel. After lunch take a city sightseeing tour visiting Agra Fort, Taj Mahal. Overnight at the hotel.

Day - 13 -- » Agra - Jaipur
Drive towards Jaipur, early in the morning from Agra, en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. On arrival at Jaipur, check into a hotel. After lunch go for sightseeing Yoga Meditation Tour of the Pick City, Overnight stay at hotel.

Day - 14 -- » Jaipur
In the morning visit the Amber Fort and enjoy the Elephant ride round the Fort site. After lunch take a after noon city tour, visiting Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar, City Palace and Bazaars for shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day - 15 -- » Jaipur - Delhi
End of yoga & meditation tour package, Spend the morning at leisure. After lunch, later in the afternoon drive back towards Delhi. Transfer into a hotel to get fresh and rest for some time. After dinner, transfer to the international airport to catch the flight for your onward destination.
