Ingredients

4 cups finely sliced spinach

1 small onion, minced

½ inch piece ginger, minced

½ cup cream

1 medium tomato, peeled and pureed

¼ tsp. turmeric powder

1 tsp. ground cumin seeds. Salt and chilli powder to taste
Method
- Put spinach along with onion, ginger, tomato and spices in a pan. Cook till the spinach is soft. Mash nicely and mix in the cream. Serve hot
