Ingredients
- 4 buns, cut in halves.
- 250 grams boiled kheema.
- 1 small onion, minced.

- 3 green chillies, minced.
- Handful of sliced coriander leaves.
- ½ - inch piece ginger, minced.
- ½ tsp, each of garam masala, salt and chilli powder to taste. 1
- firm tomato, cut into slices. 2 medium onion, cut into thin slices.
- Grated cheese.
Method
Mix meat with minced onion chillies, coriander leaves, ginger and all the spices and form into 8 small patties.
Arrange buns with outside up on a baking tray after toasting them lightly.
Place a slice of tomato and onion on the top of each bun, then on top place a patty.
Sprinkle with grated cheese bake in a preheated 400 F oven for 15 minutes.
