Ingredients

Medium chicken, jointed

50 grams tomatoes

peeled and sliced.

6 green chillies

Handful of coriander leaves

1 tsp, each of garam masala

Ground cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

Salt and chilli powder to taste

1 cup curds, beaten.

4 hard – boiled eggs
-
2 cups hot boiled rice
Method
- Grind onion, ginger
- Chillies and coriander leaves
- Mix into the spices, curds and tomatoes and groundnuts
- Put in a pan and cook over a medium fire until the chicken is tender and gravy thick.
- Put the rice in the centre of a plate and arrange the around it.
- Decorate with eggs

Day 01 - Arrive Bombay

Day 02 - Bombay - Cochin flight 0840/1025 hours

Day 03 - Cochin - Munnar drive, 130 km

Day 04 - Munnar - Periyar drive, 100 km

Day 05 - Periyar - Kumarakom, 136 km (via Kottayam)

Day 06 - Kumarakom - Embark Houseboat
