- Cut the capsicums into neat halves and scoop out the seeds
- Combine together rice, minced mutton, tomato, onion, parsley, salt and pepper and stuff into the capsicums.
- Place them in a baking dish pour on top water mixed with tomato sauce.
- Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour or till cooked.

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Day 02: Delhi – Goa

Day 04: Goa
